24 with ’24 is a Chronicle series where we ask 24 questions to a member of the class of ’24.     • Ripping Carter’s chain
  3. Best piece of advice you’ve received?
    • What if? – Mr. Daniels 
  4. Advice you’d give to underclassmen?
    • Don’t be one of those people, like do you work here? Why do you care so much?
  5. A person who supported you the most through high school?
    • Carter made me feel like a genius in comparison throughout the school year
  6. Favorite core class you’ve taken and why? 
    • Math, Dr. Rankin and Mrs. Maskelony are chill
  7. Favorite elective?
    • Electricity
  8. What is your Capstone experience and how’s it going?
    • I am doing Nova Web Development, it is fire
  9. Any advice on Capstone you’d like to share?
    • Do something easy and do every other Capstone assignment
  10. What grade did you enjoy the most?
    • Senior year
  11. What are you excited about for life after high school?
    • More flexibility 
  12. What is your top college choice?
    • I got into UVA but imma just go to Marymount
  13. What field are you planning on going into?
    • Finance and Law
  14. What is something you can’t live without?
    • Actually filtered water. The water supply has estrogen in it.

    • Playing for the Celtics

    • 24 hour Fitness

    • Montreal
  18. Favorite extracurricular activity
    • Sound engineering

    • Glorious Day

    • My girlfriend’s eggs with tomato
  22. What time do you go to bed on school nights?
    • Probably like 1-2 am but I am not one of those people who are like “I can’t sleep without melatonin’ I slept only two hours last night, like shut up
  23. What motivates you?
    • My desperate need for attention
  24. What is your greatest achievement?
    • Beating Joseph Sparks at chess multiple times

Zack is a senior at The Arlington Career Center who is earning a general education associates degree at NOVA. He’s interested in pursuing a degree in anthropology and political science. He is currently a representative on the Student Advisory Board and a member of the Senior Committee. He is also currently interning at the Center for Youth and Family Advocacy.
