Nellie Bly – Chinchilla

Nellie, named after the famous adventurer and journalist Nellie Bly, lives up to her name, just with a lot more sass. She is always watching the world around her and often-times judging it. In fact, judging people is her favorite activity. The only way to escape her judgment? Treats. But beware: the moment she finishes it, she will go back to judging you.

Truffle – Syrian hamster

Truffle is a master escape artist with a stomach bigger than her body. Every night she enjoys climbing out of her cage to wander around looking for more food, as if she hasn’t just eaten. She loves food, and will even give your finger a little nimble if you’re not careful. She’s very strong and will flex on you by doing pull ups on the top of her cage. To keep up her teeth as strong as her arms she’ll chew on anything in sight, including paper towel rolls and the corner of bathmats.

Meadow and Miso – Dumbo rat

Miso (fully blonde) and meadow (blonde and white) are very sweet and cuddly. they love eating mango and digging in their paper sheds for fun. They are super cuddly and in the process of litter training. They are kind of weird and will lick you a bunch to show affection. Every morning when I wake up they come to the edge of their cage and reach their little arms out for me to come say hi. I love them very much. They are sisters. They chew absolutely everything and poop a lot but it is worth it. they also love my dog Sonny, who wants to kill them.
