25 with ’25 is a Chronicle series where we ask 25 questions to a member of the class of ’25. Between now and May, we’ll shine a spotlight on each member of this year’s graduating class. Our goal is to feature all seniors from all ACC programs. Get started by completing this Google form, and reach out to Ilana Hoffer or Clara Golner with any questions.
- How does it feel to be a senior in high school?
- Absolutely wild. My entire life I kept seeing 2025 as the year I would graduate and a year that was so far away, and then it became 2025 and suddenly I’m graduating.
- What was your favorite moment at ACC?
- Either Mr. Scanlon’s “funeral” or that time the commons was full of balloons.
- What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received?
- Being normal is overrated. Be your weird self!
- What advice would you give to underclassmen?
- Figure out what study strategies work best for you; it might not be what works for everyone.
- Who supported you the most through high school?
- My parents
- What is/was your favorite core class you’ve taken and why?
- English with Dr. Marcille— discussions are so fun and I’m always interested in the readings.
- What is/was your favorite elective and why?
- Digital electronics. I didn’t know how fascinating circuits were until I tried them!
- What grade did you enjoy the most and why?
- 11 or 12, somewhat because of robotics, and somewhat because the classes I took were more interesting.

- I try to always find something to look forward to, and it helps me get through the rest of the day
- What’s an academic challenge you faced and how did you overcome it?
- In fall of 2023, my mental health was not great. I was constantly stressing over things that I didn’t need to stress about, and I learned to refocus my mindset so that I stopped panicking and spiraling over smaller things.
- What’s your greatest achievement so far?
- Earning a black belt
